One-sentence reviews of season premieres

Here, in one sentence, are my thoughts on some new fall shows:

  • The Simpsons: Not once did I laugh.
  • Family Guy: Dude, did Worf tell Picard to suck his ridges?
  • American Dad!: One should never ever hear Patrick Stewart say, “Hey, do you know what I was thinking about last night while I was gazing at the back of your daughter’s head?”

    How sad is it that American Dad was the best of the three? Actually, scratch that. American Dad’s always floated my boat. And this episode! Hah! How very Aaron Echolls of you, Patrick Stewart!
