Veronica Mars visits CBS
Published by Jen Star on July 21, 2005 at 12:50 p.m.Variety is reporting this morning that four episodes of Veronica Mars will be airing on CBS this summer. Two will air on Friday, July 29; one on Friday, Aug. 5 and one on Friday, Aug. 12. Any guesses as to which episodes they'll air?
Veronica Gets Eye'd at TVGuide.com.
Update: The four episodes will be:
- Pilot, wherein we learn all about Lilly's murder, Veronica's ostracism and subsequent rape.
- An Echolls Family Christmas, a delightful romp involving poker, infidelity, and one of several indications that Jake Kane was just too nice a guy to kill anyone.
- Clash of the Tritons, one of the strongest dialogue episodes. Remember "Hey everybody, say 'repressed homosexuality!'"; and "I'll just be sitting over here, chillin' like a villain"; and the delightful one-sided conversation Veronica has with Wallace while she's trapped in the trunk of her car? Not to mention, of course, the beginning of the Veronica-Logan relationship: the moment Lynn Echolls goes for a little swim off the Coronado Bridge.
- And, finally, Ruskie Business, where we learn that Logan's sister is a witch-with-a-B, and that damaged boys are wicked hot.
