Dude! Charisma Carpenter is so gonna be on Veronica Mars next season! How fuckin' sweet! She's playing Kendall Casablancas, trophy-wife and step-mom to our beloved teenage assholes, Dick and The Beave.

Oh yeah, and Steve Guttenberg something something.

    If Charisma is old enough to play Dick's Mom what does that say about us?

    That we're old enough to have teenage children?

    Firstly, Charisma is at least five years older than us, and secondly, she's playing the step-mom. I think the character's supposed to be in her mid-20s.

    Interesting note, in An Echolls Family Christmas, Aaron and Keith talk about "Sadie" Casablancas's Hallowe'en party. I wonder if Kendall is the new wife, or if they just didn't like "Sadie" for a recurring character.

    Oh, yes – the five years (six actually) really makes it all okay.

    I suppose I should have rephrased my disbelief as "We're old enough to have teenage
    step-children?" Somehow that's not better.

    Mid-20s ha! Charisma hasn't looked mid-20s since her early Buffy days. This should be interesting.

    I hope Kendall is the new wife and not another continuity faux-pas.
