A friend at work turned me onto this show. It's a Aussie home makeover show with very devious reality leanings. Four couples renovate four apartments in one building, room by room, and get scored for each completed room. The winning couple gets $100,000. Lots of deception, lots of scheming, and a lot of hot bodies and gorgeous beach shots. I watched two episodes this afternoon, and will be watching the remainder of the season. The accents alone have me hooked. I've mastered the Brit talk with House Doctor and its ilk, so now it's time to contrast and compare the Aussies with the British and American dialects.
